Washington Wizards star shooting guard Bradley Beal didn’t make any of the three All-NBA teams which were announced on Wednesday.
As expected, Beal is pretty upset about it.

Bradley Beal was second in the NBA in scoring this season, trailing only Houston Rockets superstar James Harden. The Wizards guard finished the 2019-20 campaign with stellar averages of 30.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 6.1 assists while shooting 45.5 percent from the field, 35.3 percent from beyond the arc and 84.2 percent from the free-throw line.
A few months ago, Beal seemingly called out ESPN reporter Zach Lowe for lying to him. The Wizards’ franchise player went on Lowe’s podcast and the veteran reporter said he was going to vote for Beal for All-NBA, only to go back on his word.
Everyone in the NBA knows how elite Beal is. Unfortunately for the former Florida Gator, he plays for a Wizards teams that missed the playoffs this season for the second straight year. It appears some of the voters took that into consideration when they decided not to vote for Beal.
The good news is that the Wizards should compete for the playoffs next season since Beal will have All-Star point guard John Wall back in the lineup. Wall, of course, missed the entire 2019-20 campaign recovering from his Achilles tear.
