Recently been trying some ideas for getting a quick workout done early in the morning- so while I am not fully awake- I trade weight & complexity for some volume. It’s been great- I always feel better after I move, so starting the day with it inevitably makes me feel better with all the wild things happening around us.
Format has been 5 movements that you can perform 20 reps, for 5 rounds.
Today’s was:
1️⃣ Forefoot balance/ band pulls 10 ea
2️⃣Banded KB curl x 20
3️⃣ weighted sit up x20
4️⃣ Leg Raises x20
5️⃣ Hip drops x20
