All three played in Golden State's 99-82 loss in Dallas on Wednesday, but, after the game, coach Steve Kerr saiid that Curry suffered "a pretty good quad contusion, and those generally get worse overnight, with a flight and everything." Curry himself said that the injury "sucked," adding that, "the way it feels right now, I'm not optimistic" about playing in New Orleans.
Curry, so far the leading vote-getter for this year's All-Star Game, shot just 5-for-24 on Wednesday and missed eight of his nine 3-point attempts. This followed a 3-for-17 shooting night against the Miami Heat on Monday, in which he shot just 1 for 10 from deep.
