Doncic also joined Dirk Nowitzki and Steve Nash as the only players in the Mavericks’ 40-season history to be named to the All-NBA first, second or third teams.

Doncic led the Mavs to the 2020 playoffs, where the team fell to the Los Angeles Clippers in the first round in six games. Doncic put up 31.0 points, 9.8 rebounds and 8.7 assists in the Clippers series. He also hit a game-winning shot at the buzzer in Game 4.
