Williams filed a trademark application for the term "Lemon Pepper Lou" in the wake of his July trip to a gentleman's club for its noted chicken wings, according to trademark lawyer Josh Gerben.
The filing indicates that Williams intends to sell apparel including the phrase.
During an excused absence from the NBA bubble in July, Williams was photographed picking up food at Atlanta establishment Magic City - something not approved under the league's pandemic distancing protocols. He was ordered to quarantine for 10 days upon his return to the bubble, costing him two games.
